We are a small family run Canadian business. Unfortunately shipping in Canada is very expensive and we aren't able to offer free returns.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different than what was advertised, we will send a replacement upon proof of the items damage/error.
If the item(s) just don't work out for you, you can contact us to inquire about an exchange. We may take the item back if it is in its original condition (all tags attached, no makeup or deodorant) and is obviously unworn. Strong cigarette smoke and pet hair on the item would be considered damaged. The cost of the return shipping will be your responsibility.
IF we do a return, it will be EXCHANGE ONLY for the cost of the product only. We will not reimburse you for any shipping costs.

Canadian shipping rates makes a store policy with a 'no questions asked' return policy very risky and far too expensive for a small business. Unlike the States we don't have inexpensive shipping options in Canada.
If you're thinking of returning something to us, it may be even easier and cheaper to sell your item on marketplace or to your friends, once you factor in the shipping costs.
We will entertain the idea of in store exchanges once we reopen; so contact us and keep your receipt!!
